Meet Your Baker

Hello! I'm Averi, the baker and founder of Star to Summit Bakery. I create baked goods with GF Jules gluten free flour and my desserts are as beautiful as they are delicious.

 

My love of baking began while living in the Lone Star State, but now I'm proud to offer my baked goods here in the heart of Summit County, Colorado. 

 

I specialize in intricately decorated royal icing sugar cookies, alongside a range of other desserts. I'm proud to have perfected the art of baking at a remarkable elevation of 9,600 feet, all while crafting gluten-friendly treats that cater to all.
